高山傳統飛驒牛朴葉味噌燒

來高山市玩,白天在三町老街、陣屋、朝市附近有很多地道小吃和麵食的地方,但晚餐卻有難度,特別是旺季時遊客特別多,白天去完白川鄉玩,晚上回來餐廳不好找。首先,這裏的餐廳不多。再者,有好的餐廳,晚上都被本地人訂滿,有許多餐廳做完一輪晚餐時段就關門。我第一天看完白川鄉點燈,回來車站所有餐廳不是客滿就開始打烊。結果,去到附近的便利店 Family Mart 擠滿遊客,都是買外賣回酒店吃。

第二天,大概下午 6:30pm 便開始找餐廳,看到這家「お食事处 寿楽久」,印象中看過介紹,有高山出名的「飛驒牛朴葉味噌燒」,當然不錯過!

Most of the shops in the Sanmachi Traditional Building area are closed by 6pm. The lighting of this restaurant at the corner caught my eyes.
下午六時左右,大部份在三町傳統建築保全地區的店鋪都關門了,看到這間在街角的餐廳燈光亮了,走過來看看,還在營業,便走進去試試。

It is a small restaurant with a bar table and a few tables on the ground floor. There’s a Japanese style seating area upstairs.
餐廳不大,樓下只有兩三臺座椅和吧檯,樓上就有日式座位。

The decoration looks very basic. Seems like it’s run by an old couple.
餐廳沒有什麼裝修,看起來好像是只有兩位老夫妻打理的餐廳。

The grilled Hida-beef with fermented soybean paste and magnolia leaves is the highlight of the dish here. A magnolia leave is laid over a charcoal stove for roasting the beef, miso, onions and mushrooms. It’s a set meal.
來到高山,當然要吃「飛驒牛朴葉定食」。飛驒最出名的牛肉粒和味噌醬、洋蔥和菇在朴葉上烤,單是賣相已經吸引。

不吃牛的,這裏也有魚生定食。
