Fresh orange juice is my favorite drink other than the Nespresso coffee here. 早餐最受歡迎的是這部鮮榨橙汁機，除了Nespresso 咖啡外，鮮榨橙汁是我早餐喜歡的飲料。The bar lounge is a nice a area to hang out. Fire place in the middle, high ceiling, bar and sofa seating by the window. The door out to the ski lift is right by the colorful chairs. So for those ski-in ski-out may take off their boots, leave the ski outside and take a lunch or coffee break here. 酒店一樓的酒吧休息大堂很舒服，樓頂高，中間有火爐，窗邊有沙發和酒吧，自由出入滑雪的門口就在顏色鮮豔的桌椅旁邊，讓自由出入滑雪的客人可以吃午餐或嘆咖啡。The bar in the lounge area on the first floor is the best place to hang out for coffee, drinks and lunch. 在酒店一樓休息大堂的酒吧是一個很舒服的地方，可以嘆咖啡、吃午餐。Confit duck leg for lunch. It’s good that I could have early dinner here. So this is okay. 有一次我錯過了午餐時間來到，只有一些包點。還好晚餐可以很早吃。When it comes to dinner, there are two choices: Japanese or French restaurants. They both serve set dinner. This is the French restaurant. Nice ambience. 晚餐在高志賀高原酒店內就有兩間餐廳：日本餐廳和法國餐廳。這間是法國餐廳，情調很好。The menu is different every day. Set menu includes appetizer, main course and dessert. This roast duck with red wine sauce was my main course. 法國餐廳每天的套餐選擇都不同，有前菜、主菜和甜品。這是我的主菜：紅酒烤鴨。味道當然十分好！The other night, I had grilled fish. The main course options are sabu sabu salmon/beef, grilled beef, or both. And it comes with udon or rice. 主菜的選擇有三文魚或牛肉涮涮鍋，烤牛肉、或魚跟牛肉，份量很大，吃完這一大盤菜和肉，再有烏冬或飯，份量對我來講太大！The irresistible dessert: a piece of apple, sesame pudding and some sweets. 又來不能抗拒的甜品，有一片蘋果、黑芝麻布甸和和菓子。
