Launched in August 2017, Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art & Design has become one of the attractions in the Fugan Canal Kansui Park area, offering a great space for art exhibitions, workshops for children and students, and a amazing roof garden with a spectacular panoramic view of Toyama city and a fun playground for children and the community.
Fugan Canal Kansui Park features a 1.8km walking path, large lawn, a spring and waterfall, a playground and Tenmon-kyo Bridge, the symbol of the park. 富岩運河環水公園有廣闊的草坪、1.8公里步道、泉水瀑布和一道天門橋。There are two observatory towers on either side of the bridge. 天門橋的兩邊都有一座瞭望台。There is a red string and a cup on the observatory tower for couples to confess their love 58 meters apart.
