A Stylish bnb in Yilan

Kmage Loft is a unique bnb. It is home to a Taiwanese photographer. Kmage is the name of his photo studio in Taipei. Locating in the middle of farm fields, Kmage Loft is an independent house with wide open view. The closest neighbor is across a small river. It is a tranquil environment with fresh air and very green. The house was not built by the owner Mr. Kuo Cheng Chang. However, he has spent a lot of money and effort to transform it into a great home to live, including changing the direction of the main door to avoid strong wind, adding windows to lit up the house. He also designed all the interiors and even made some furnitures himself. Impressive! Mr. Kuo bought the house for a better living environment with more green open space. So he designed it the way he wanted to live in . The reason why he rent out the house is because he travels overseas for work all the time. He wants his house to be a living home, not a vacant block. Aura Villa – a 5 stars bnb

Aura Villa in YIlan 宜蘭悠悅光 Villa

Staying in a bed-and-breakfast is a pleasant surprise. First, it’s new. Only open in the summer I think. Second, the building is very modern: asymmetric design, nice interior design, clean and simply chic. Third, there is a swimming pool, pool-side barbecue area, swings and outdoor seating places in the backyard! A place where you would want to stay longer and hang out. The bedroom is every more impressive. I stayed in a family room that has two king size beds with nice and clean beddings. There is a designer chair, TV, free wifi, snacks and drinks. The bathroom has two sinks, a rain shower and a bath tub big enough for the whole family to bath together. The only thing with bed-and-breakfast in Taiwan is that most of them provide only double beds. So if you are travelling with just friends, it’s difficult.

Many travellers choose to go to Yilan for a nice break from the busy city life: stay in bed-and-breakfast, cycle around, take a walk along the lake, the forest, the beach, and be close to the nature.
