One of my favorite things to do when I travel is to try the local coffee. In Hokkaido, there are a couple of popular coffee shops that you should try. Sapporo Coffee Kan is one. Similar to other coffee shop, Coffee Kan brew their selected coffee beans from dedicated farms.
Locating right next to the Sapporo Clock Tower (Tokeidai) in the city center, Sapporo Coffee Kan is not hard to find. It’s in the B1 of the building next door. There are quite a few outlets in Hokkaido and one branch in Tokyo. It is a very established coffee shop with membership and eShop.
札幌 Coffee Kan サッポロ珈琲館沒有中文名字，只有日文和英文。位於時計台旁邊的商業大廈地下1樓 (B1)的店是北海道札幌市最方便的地方。地址是札幌市中央区北１条西２丁目。
推開門就看到櫃檯。
櫃檯有好幾種不同的咖啡豆，來自合約農莊的，還有每月精選。
除了咖啡豆，這裡有自家品牌的甜品：咖啡味的果凍，配咖啡好吃嗎？
還有幾種不同包裝，每件¥520。
室內設計很溫暖，燈光柔和，有點古老歐洲風格。
我點了一杯自家烘焙咖啡，來的是一壺咖啡，有2-3杯，可以喝一個下午。
日本傳統咖啡室都仍然可以在室內吸煙，這是我最不習慣的。
一壺咖啡¥852，本來覺得有點貴，但想想有差不多3杯就覺得價錢合理。
